• To respond to your WhatsApp messages and send order updates, receipts, and offers you opt in to.

WhatsApp messaging

We use the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta) to communicate with customers who message us or opt in. We only message customers who have contacted us or consented. You can opt out at any time by replying "STOP".

Data sharing

We do not sell your data. Information is processed by our service providers (e.g. our database host and Meta/WhatsApp) solely to operate the service.

Data retention & your rights

We retain customer and transaction records for as long as needed to run the business. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us at our shop or on our WhatsApp number.
