Data Deletion Instructions — Bake1

You can request deletion of the personal data Bake1 holds about you — including your customer profile, purchase history, and WhatsApp messages.

How to request deletion

1. Send a WhatsApp message saying "DELETE MY DATA" to +92 333 8253663, or ask any staff member at the Bake1 counter.
2. Tell us the phone number associated with your account so we can locate your records.
3. We will delete your customer profile, loyalty card, and WhatsApp conversation from our systems within 30 days and confirm once done.

What gets deleted

• Your name, phone number, and loyalty card details.
• Your WhatsApp messages stored in our system.
• Note: anonymized sales records required for accounting may be retained as permitted by law, with your personal identifiers removed.
